Terrific service, though a few employees were inattentive. The buffet breakfast was satisfactory with yogurt and juice, as example. The location was magnificent, just a short stroll away from a waterside public plaza.

Clean and terrific hotel, it has very good staff and location. The rooms are spotless with a bottle of red wine and the overall experience is comfortable.

No complaints, thank you very much for a really good stay.

Courteous, welcoming staff, was willing to help. Lots of eggs and bacon available in the restaurant for breakfast. Totally excellent stay at the hotel.

An outstanding stay and great value. Generous breakfast, especially cereals and scrambled eggs, the staff was very generous. Booked really special & appropriate room with sea views. The venue was in a super central location. There were plenty of restaurants to eat, like Bistro Augusta that was only 5 minutes' walk away, we loved its location.

Everything was really good, beautiful staff, ideal location adjacent to Baixa and the old town within walking distance to the water. It was close to Rua do Ouro bus station.

The breakfast is delicious and the stuff is generally very friendly. The units are air conditioned, well stocked. Enjoyed very early check-in and late check-out.
